Once we got back from New England, we had 3 days to tie up all our loose ends in Florida and get packed for the move. One of our biggest tasks was getting rid of the old RV hunting trailer, fondly referred to as "The Gypsy Trailer", that we pulled out of the wilderness of Corbett almost a year ago.
Hopefully this video works. It was the first step to dismantling the trailer. It sure is nice to have 4 wheel drive and built in tow hooks on the Jeep.
After a closer examination of the frame, (you may be able to see in this picture that most of the bottom is rusted out) we decided that it was not in good enough condition to be remodeled into our dream RV...ha ha. It has been a source of a good story to tell, free dry storage for some of our things, and $120 in gas money after we took it's various parts to the metal recycling center.
So long Gypsy Trailer!
